6 Pre-Loaded Mobile Messaging Templates
There are six mobile messaging templates that have been pre-loaded into your account during the launch of the mobile messaging feature.
Two of these templates are set up to be sent manually from within a client's journey record, and four of them are configured to be sent as automated messages -- to complement your existing automated workflows.
Please note, the language in all of these templates can be adjusted to better suit your communication style and/or to better convey the information that you find to be most important.
MANUAL-SEND TEMPLATES

The two manual-send templates contain placeholder text, which means specific data that's already been entered for a journey will be automatically pulled into the body of the message. Therefore, if you are going to utilize these two templates, you'll need to ensure that the required information has been entered into the Client Care tab prior to selecting the template for use.
TEMPLATE - Appt Confirmation

Hi {{object.partner_id.firstname}},
We have booked you for an intake appointment with {{object.assigned_therapist_id.name}} on {{object.intake_session_date.strftime("%m/%d/%Y")}} at {{object.intake_session_time}}. If you have any questions or concerns, please let our intake team know via text or email.
Once the intake appointment information has been entered into the Client Care tab (therapist name, intake session date, intake session time), this template can be selected from the dropdown to send to a journey manually from within any milestone.
TEMPLATE - Insurance

Hi {{object.partner_id.firstname}},
We are reaching out with the results of your benefits check. Please see the details below.
Deductible:{{ object.insurance_deductible }}
Copay:{{ object.insurance_copay }}
Once the insurance details (deductible and copay) have been entered into the Client Care tab, this template can be selected from the dropdown to send to a journey manually from within any milestone.
AUTOMATED TEMPLATES

The following templates have been configured with various automations to supplement your current workflows. Similar to the auto-sent email templates, upon activating these templates in your account, the system will begin to auto-send these mobile messages to all journeys who meet the specific automation criteria.

Please note: some of these templates include text that needs to be edited before activating them (e.g., PRACTICE NAME should be replaced with your practice name) before activating the template.
AUTO - On Journey Creation

Hi {{object.partner_id.firstname}},
Welcome to PRACTICE NAME! To communicate with our intake coordinators about scheduling an appointment, feel free to text this number, send an email to EMAIL ADDRESS, or call PHONE NUMBER.

AUTOMATION CRITERIA
This mobile message template has been automated to be sent to ALL journeys immediately upon their creation (regardless of how they are created)
- If the prospective client completes an appointment request form through your website and enters a valid phone number
- If their information is entered via the CCC Phone Form and a valid phone number is entered
- If a journey is manually created and a valid phone number has been entered
AUTO - 2 days in Ppwk Sent Milestone

Hi {{object.partner_id.firstname}},
We have yet to receive your completed intake forms, which are needed in order to have your first session with PRACTICE NAME. Please complete those as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please let us know.
AUTOMATION CRITERIA
This mobile message template has been automated to be sent TWO days after the journey has been moved to the "Paperwork Sent"/ "Paperwork Reminders" milestone in the Intake Pathway.
AUTO - 3 days in On Hold Milestone

Hi {{object.partner_id.firstname}},
It has been a few days since you last reached out, and we haven't heard from you. You were interested in seeing a therapist at PRACTICE NAME. We have limited space right now, so I'm following up to see if you'd still like to schedule an appointment. We hope you are doing well and we are here for you with any questions that you may have.
AUTOMATION CRITERIA
This mobile message template has been automated to be sent THREE days after the journey has been moved to the "On Hold" milestone in the Intake Pathway.
AUTO - Move to Active Outreach Milestone

Hi {{object.partner_id.firstname}},
Great news! You have been removed from PRACTICE NAME'S waitlist, and we have matched you with a therapist. Please note that because we are responding to a high number of requests, we cannot hold your spot for longer than 24 hours. To confirm your interest, please respond to this message.
AUTOMATION CRITERIA
This mobile message template has been automated to be sent automatically once a journey has been moved to the "Active Outreach" milestone within the Waitlist pathway.
