IMPORTANT: Send a test email to your Test List before sending your first campaign. 
Ask our team to review your campaign set up before sending.





IMPORTANT AREAS TO DISREGARD:

Disregard “Mailing Lists > Mailing list Contacts”
Never choose “Mailing Contact” from recipients.





IMPORTANT: Don’t ever delete a mailing list! Contacts created from forms are added to your mailing lists, therefore you risk the form not submitting if the list doesn’t exist.





NOTE: If you add two lists, it won’t filter only to those on those two lists, it will add everyone on each list Always ask our team to create a list for you if you want to filter by specific tags or specifications.



Blacklisted vs Unsubscribed

Blacklisted: A contact is blacklisted when their email address or contact information is manually added to the Blacklisted Email Addresses list. Once blacklisted, they will no longer receive any future emails.

Unsubscribed: A contact is unsubscribed if they have opted out of receiving future emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in an email campaign.

Both blacklisted and unsubscribed contacts are excluded from receiving emails. You can view both types of contacts in one location by going to the Email Marketing app ‣ Configuration ‣ Blacklisted Email Addresses.

To unblacklist a contact, simply select the contact and click the "Unblacklist" button in the upper-left corner of the record’s page. This will remove them from the blacklist and allow them to receive future email campaigns.
