Total Journeys Created

How many journeys were created in a given time period? 


Note: In some cases, one person may fill out more than one appointment request form. The CRM will attach all forms to a single open journey, as long as it’s not marked as Lost or Client.


This report captures the number of journeys created, no matter what the method and eliminates over-counting for those who filled out multiple forms.


In rare cases, a journey may be created without filling out a form, such as manually or during an upload. 


If one person has two open journeys for two different services (i.e. couples counseling + individual therapy) both journeys are counted in this report.

Manually Created Journeys

This report helps track cases where a journey was added directly in the system without a form submission. Note: As a best practice, this should only be done in rare or specific cases in order to preserve data and insights from forms.

Inquiries Converted to Journeys

How many inquiries became journeys by filling out an appt request form online or over the phone?

How many of your total journeys created were actually converted from inquiries?


This report tracks the progression of initial inquiries into active client journeys.


Unconverted Inquiries

Not all inquiries “graduate” to journeys. Sometimes prospects lose interest, find care elsewhere, or for whatever reason become unresponsive after they have inquired. This report will tell you how many inquiries created via the Inquiry Tracker inquiry advanced to filling out an appointment request form. 

Lost Duplicates

Journeys marked as lost with the lost reason “Duplicate - Converted to Journey.”


Note: This lost reason should be used in the case where an Inquiry AND a Journey exist for the same prospect. In this case, the Inquiry is marked as Lost with this lost reason and the Journey is progressed through the Intake Pathway.
