Total Journeys Created
Note: In some cases, one person may fill out more than one appointment request form. The CRM will attach all forms to a single open journey, as long as it’s not marked as Lost or Client.
This report captures the number of journeys created, no matter what the method and eliminates over-counting for those who filled out multiple forms.
In rare cases, a journey may be created without filling out a form, such as manually or during an upload.
This report helps track cases where a journey was added directly in the system without a form submission. Note: As a best practice, this should only be done in rare or specific cases in order to preserve data and insights from forms.

Unconverted Inquiries
Not all inquiries “graduate” to journeys. Sometimes prospects lose interest, find care elsewhere, or for whatever reason become unresponsive after they have inquired. This report will tell you how many inquiries created via the Inquiry Tracker inquiry advanced to filling out an appointment request form.
Journeys marked as lost with the lost reason “Duplicate - Converted to Journey.”
