All Forms view vs. Forms on Journey
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to access forms within individual journeys and through the All Forms View in the Practice Axis CRM. Accessing forms within a journey lets you review the form associated with a specific journey.
Accessing Forms within a Journey:
- Open the Desired Journey: Begin by opening the journey for which you want to access the form.
- Look for the Form Link (Rocket Icon): Within the journey, locate the Form link represented by a rocket icon.
- Identify the Submitted Form: The next page will display information about the form submitted for this journey. For example, it may show that the self-advocate or individual form was filled out.
4. View Submitted Form Details: Click on the 'Form' button to view the details of the filled-out form. Please note that this view is not editable; it's designed for reference purposes.
Accessing Forms through the Forms Tab:
- Navigate to the Forms Tab: To see all forms submitted across various journeys, click on the 'Forms' option in the top menu.
- Explore the All Forms View: In this view, you'll have a comprehensive look at all forms submitted across different journeys.
Filter and Group Forms:
- You can filter and group the forms based on your preferences. Detailed instructions on using these options will be covered in a separate tutorial.
4. View Specific Journey from the Forms View: If you want to view a specific journey from this Forms view, simply click on the desired journey. This allows you to see the information submitted related to that specific journey.
5. Edit Answers Submitted: Additionally, this view permits you to edit the answers submitted. Instructions on how to edit a submitted form will be provided in another tutorial.
