How do you send an email in the journey






Introduction: This article guides you through the steps to efficiently send an email within a journey.


1. Access the Journey: Start by accessing the specific journey from which you intend to send the email.

2. Click on "Action" and Select "Send Email": Within the journey, locate the "Action" menu and select "Send Email."

3. Recipient's Email Address: The prospect's email address will automatically populate. You also have the option to add another email address associated with this journey. Additionally, you can copy other recipients, such as the therapist.

4. Compose Email: Type your email content in the provided text area. Feel free to attach a file if necessary.

5. Utilize Email Templates (Optional): Use the "Template" option to pull up existing templates. You can search for a template that suits your needs. 

6. Click Send.
