Helpful Tips to Keep in Mind:
- Remember, the entire workflow is done for you to streamline your process (It's DFY, not DIY) so you may not have many updates to make!
- If you're unsure about an update you'd like to make, write it into your Intake Navigator with a comment until you can consult with the Practice Axis team during your Workflow Session
- The goal is to have all updates to automations complete during the first 4 weeks of the Launchpad program and most updates are included, and you can add up to two custom automations during the Launchpad program.
- After the first 8 weeks, some updates remain unlimited and some are available for an additional fee. A menu of updates can be found here.

How to Communicate Updates to an Automation in your Workflow
Everything under a Lightning Bolt in your CJN is an Automation in your Workflow. If you see an automation you need to update:
- Write your changes into the CJN
- Track with a comment
- All adaptations to automations will be submitted via Supportal by Berit following your Workflow Walkthrough Session
