Module 2: How to set up the best view to sort on the Forms Tab







How to edit the columns in All Forms or Surveys View?

  1. Go to CRM > Forms tab or Go to Surveys > Participations tab.
  2. In the top-right corner of the screen, click on the 3 vertical dots (more options) which will allow you to customize the fields displayed in the column header.
  3. A list of available fields will be presented, and you can choose which ones to display or hide in the view.
  4. To add a field, check the box next to its name. To remove a field, uncheck the box.
  5. Once you've made your desired selections, click on the save icon to apply the changes.

How to rearrange the order of the fields?

  1. Click on the edit button, which is represented by a pencil icon.
  2. This will enable you to move the fields around by dragging and dropping them in the desired order.
  3. After arranging the fields, save the changes by clicking on the save icon (diskette) once again.

How to share a saved column and share it to other users?

  1. Click on the Star icon.
  2. Add the view name in the provided box. 
  3. Click Save.
  4. Click on “Share with other users” icon represented by the 3 people icon.
