Note: You may notice some new options in your CRM, but it’s not live until we give you the word that your registration is confirmed.

- Follow the guide below to start using mobile messaging via your CRM
- Your additional fee for mobile messaging will be reflected on the next billing date from the time you register. The $25 fee covers up to 4,000 messages per month across all users.

When you add Mobile Messaging to your CRM, your account will come pre-loaded with 6 mobile messaging templates. These include two manual-send templates for appointment confirmations and benefits verifications as well as 4 automations, such as paperwork reminders, on hold follow ups, and wait list check-ins. The 6 pre-loaded templates are detailed in this article.
