How to Edit Email Templates
Introduction:
This guide outlines the process of editing email templates within the CRM, enabling users to customize and enhance their communication with recipients.
Instructions:
- From the main dashboard, click CRM. From the CRM’s top menu, click “Email Templates”.. This will lead you to a list of current email templates.
- Identify the email template you wish to edit. Click on the template name to select it.
Note: The blue text lines within the email template are dynamic placeholders. These auto-populate with information from journey data, such as first names, therapist names, locations, and more. Avoid editing these parts directly. If modifications to these placeholders are needed, please contact our support team for assistance.
- Click on the "Edit" option at the top to start making necessary changes. Edit the subject line and the body of the email as required. Placeholder text may not be visible in edit mode but will appear in the preview.
- To see how the edited email will appear, click on the "Preview" option. Optionally, select a name from the dropdown list to view personalized content.
- Once satisfied with your edits, click “Save”.
